Steve Webster is a Certified Master Black Belt, Certified by ASQ as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Engineer and a UT Champion of Lean Enterprise.  Steve is a Senior Member of ASQ with over 38 years of industry experience.  He has taught six sigma and lean methodologies at the industry and college level in both a traditional and transactional environment.  Steve has led hundreds of projects in his career saving millions of dollars for his employers with these tools since 1985.  Steve has the experience as a complete problem solver who relates to his students and inspires passion for using the tools.  He has held positions of increasing responsibility with US Steel, Dana, Eaton and Dover.  Steve will bring his experience to your employee in a demanding but rewarding course to lead to certification and make them a better problem solving member of your organization.
